By accessing, browsing, or using the rm1 platform — whether via website or mobile app — you formally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rm1 as the platform provider. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided by rm1.
Your continued use of the rm1 platform after any updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
To fully access rm1's services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. rm1 reserves the right to reject or suspend any account that uses false or misleading information.
Each user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. rm1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
Identity verification may be required for security and compliance purposes. rm1 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address at any time deemed necessary.
Rm1 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Use of the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the rm1 platform:
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account without prior notice, and rm1 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending an ongoing investigation.
All financial transactions on the rm1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and various other local banking institutions.
Users are solely responsible for understanding the tax implications of their winnings and transactions under applicable Malaysian tax law.
Rm1 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times, free from interruptions or technical errors. rm1 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, system errors, or events beyond our control.
Rm1's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made. rm1 is not liable for any lost profits, business losses, or other indirect damages.
Rm1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or upon direction from relevant authorities. Any funds held in a suspended account will be managed in accordance with rm1's internal procedures and applicable policies.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the rm1 support team. Any outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once identity verification is completed.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and related materials on the rm1 platform are the exclusive property of rm1 or our licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any such materials without prior written consent from rm1.
The rm1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. rm1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Rm1 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be announced via the platform or communicated to registered users through appropriate channels.
The date these terms were last updated will always be shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the rm1 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the rm1 platform immediately.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
